The following are the Terms and Conditions that form part of your agreement with Food Connect Pty Ltd.

By accessing our websites, signing up for a service, registering as a customer, or ordering products you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Your Responsibilities: Without limiting the below Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for: Ensuring all information – including payment information – on your account is correct and up to date. Notifying us of any changes to your information. Ensuring funds are available for each debit to your account. Notifying us of any changes or issues with your order within the appropriate time frames. You accept all fees and charges that may result by not adhering to the above requirements.

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that Food Connect Pty Ltd may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or such other means) in relation to: the service, your account, any products, or your order; any marketing or promotion which we conduct, special products being offered, Food Connect Pty Ltd newsletters or publications; goods, services or promotions which are being offered by our suppliers or business partners (either alone or in conjunction with us).

Becoming a Wholesale Customer
In order to become a wholesale customer with Food Connect Pty Ltd, you must: be aged 18 or older; or be a company, partnership, or ABN holder. Please contact Food Connect Pty Ltd on the above numbers to arrange the setting up of your account.

Please note that you may be refused an account or orders at the sole discretion of Food Connect Pty Ltd. Food Connect Pty Ltd may at its sole discretion terminate your account or services at any time.

Placing Your Order
Please note that Food Connect Pty Ltd sells whole (not split) boxes/bags of produce and bulk groceries. Sometimes produce will be supplied less than whole in which case, your invoice will be amended accordingly.

The minimum order for delivery per wholesale customer is $200 per order excluding delivery fees and $50 for customers who arrange to pick up from the Homestead. In the event that a product ordered is not available and the overall order drops below $200, then as a courtesy, an offer of substitution will be made. In the event that the substituted item is deemed unsuitable, then the remaining items in your order will still be delivered to you. Food Connect Pty Ltd will endeavour to notify you of any items that are unavailable as early as possible.

Wholesale orders must be placed by 12pm on Thursday of the week before delivery via the email order form. Please note that your order is non-refundable after this cut-off time except under special circumstances or where there is an unresolvable dissatisfaction with the product or service.

In our quest to create a fair food system, we may apply quantity ordering limits so that goods are fairly distributed amongst all customers. In the event that this occurs, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect this change.

Receiving your order
Upon receipt of your delivery, please check your goods received against your invoice (which will be provided with your order – a PDF copy of the invoice can be emailed to you upon request). If you are dissatisfied with any product or uncover a discrepancy, please contact Food Connect by phone or text or email within 24 hours to discuss an appropriate resolution. A photo is also desirable. Due to the logistical difficulties of returning fresh produce, the offer of a replacement or provision of credit is preferred.

Delivery & Fees
Please contact us to obtain an accurate cost for your delivery. Delivery fees are based on cost recovery and equity basis. Fees and logistical arrangements will be negotiated prior to your first delivery.

For collection from Food Connect Pty Ltd’s Homestead (1 / 8 Textile Crescent Salisbury) there is no delivery fee
In the event that you require a specific delivery arrangement that does not fit in our existing runs, then Food Connect Pty Ltd will need to calculate a custom fee to suit your preferred arrangement.

Other additional fees include:

Third Party Collection Fee ranges from $22 – $42.50
Cross Docking Fee $3.30 per item
Box splitting Fee $5.00

There may be factors beyond our control such as industrial action, adverse extreme weather conditions, limited freight carrier services during public holiday periods and backlogs during peak times that may delay your shipment. We will contact you if any factors within our control delay your order, such as stock damage detected by our packing staff that reduces stock available to fulfil your order.

Payment Terms

We offer the following methods of payment.


Please ensure you remain within terms. Terms are determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of Food Connect Pty Ltd. Due to the nature of the products and goods that we supply, it would be more beneficial for all parties concerned if payment is received by Food Connect Pty Ltd upon receipt of goods.
We do not add any surcharge or additional fee for using these payment methods.

Late payment Fee
A late fee may be charged be charged out at 5% / mth

Credit Card
Please advise Food Connect Pty Ltd if this is your preferred method of payment. The Finance department will then contact you to obtain your Visa or Mastercard details. Orders will be charged to cards on the Friday after your delivery day. In the event of a public holiday, your payment will be processed on the next business day after the public holiday.

EFT/Bank Transfer
Here are our account details, please ensure that you provide your invoice payment reference which can be found towards the top centre of your invoice (eg XX1215).

Log in to a PayPal account on your own (go to www.PayPal.com) and initiate a ‘Send Money’ request from the ‘Send Money’ tab.

*Remember to check your PayPal available balance is enough to pay for your order before using PayPal (Send Money).

Unfortunately, we do not have Cash on Delivery facilities as our drivers do not have the ability to carry cash with them. If you are collecting your order directly from the homestead, you are more than welcome to pay cash on collection.
